Seiko Store offers free shipping anywhere in South Africa for all orders.
All orders are shipped via reputable national courier services. Once your parcel has been scanned into the courier's depot, you will receive an email containing a link to track your order.
All in-stock items will be dispatched within 2–5 business days of receiving cleared payment for your order.
If your order contains only items carrying the 1 DAY DISPATCH label, your order will be dispatched within 1 business day.
If your order contains a combination of a 1 DAY DISPATCH item and another item, both items will be dispatched together within the standard 2–5 business day timeframe.

We offer free Click & Collect through our Time & Co network nationwide.
Simply select the “Pickup in store” option at checkout, choose your preferred collection store, and provide your contact details.
Once your order is ready for collection, your selected store will contact you to let you know.
- Wipe off moisture, sweat or dirt with a soft dry cloth after removing it from the wrist in order to increase the durability of the case back, gaskets and band.
- After using a water resistant watch in ocean water, wash it in fresh water and dry it with a soft cloth.
- Do not wash a water resistant watch while the crown is pulled out.
- Do not operate the crown or press a button when the watch is wet.
- A periodic overhaul service is recommended to check the water resistance of the watch, to ensure it’s functionality.
